Sam has more than 35 years of experience in architecture, design, and construction.  He is responsible for firm management, client relations, and staffing.  He works to ensure all projects meet high production standards and positions the firm to take advantage of opportunities for growth and expansion.

joshua E. smith

Principal, NCARB

Joshua manages multiple clients and developers for ADG and oversees various project teams. He has diverse experience in various projects nationwide. Throughout his career, his extensive background includes experience in retail, restaurants, government (GSA), hospitality, as well as hospitals and healthcare.

mARY b. k. cALVIN

Principal, NCARB, LEED

Mary manages multiple clients for ADG and oversees various project teams. She has experience working on clients ranging from boutique retailers to big box rollouts. Mary works closely with the clients to bring their vision to life and expand their brand to a variety of locations and markets throughout the country.

John M. Bruns

Principal, PE

Jack is the Director of Engineering. He is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design of most projects for ADG. With several decades of experience, he has worked on a diverse array of projects from large to small in multiple different markets.
